Who we are and what this covers
ElyMC is a competitive survival SMP Minecraft server with Crystal PvP and a player-driven economy. Java and Bedrock players (through Geyser) share the same world. These terms apply to the game server, the website, our Discord and the store. If you have a question, open a ticket on Discord: discord.gg/elymc.
Rules and punishments
By playing and using the site you accept the rules on /regole and these terms. If you break them, staff can mute, kick or ban you, depending on how serious it was and what has happened before. Punishments are there to keep the server fair for everyone, not to pick on anybody. If you think a punishment was a mistake, open a ticket on Discord and explain calmly what happened.
Your account
- You are responsible for what happens with your Minecraft account and your Discord account.
- Do not share access to your account with other people.
- If you use alternate accounts, tell staff about them as the rules require.
- Staff can suspend or limit an account that breaks the rules.
Store and purchases
The store sells digital goods: ranks, cosmetics and conveniences that only exist inside the game. These goods have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be resold outside the server. Payments are handled by Tebex or MineStore, which process payment data under their own privacy policy.
Delivery and right of withdrawal
Goods are delivered in game right after payment. When you ask for immediate delivery of digital content you give up the 14 day right of withdrawal that EU law gives for distance contracts. Put simply: once your purchase has been delivered in game, you cannot get your money back just because you changed your mind. If there is a real problem with delivery, open a ticket on Discord and we will fix it.
Chargebacks
If you dispute a payment with your bank or provider after receiving what you bought (a chargeback), or try to get a refund dishonestly, you will be banned from the server and the purchased goods will be removed.
Product rules
Store products follow the Minecraft Usage Guidelines and the Minecraft EULA. We do not promise results from any purchase.
Seasons and resets
The server runs in seasons. At the end of a season progress can be reset: the world, inventories, money and leaderboards may start from zero. What carries over (for example ranks or cosmetics) is decided by staff and announced before the new season begins. A reset does not entitle you to a refund.
Content and behavior
What you write in chat, in applications and on Discord is your responsibility. You may not post illegal content, harass other people, try to steal accounts, or attack the server or the website. If you send an application, your answers must be truthful.
No warranty
We do our best to keep the server and the site online, but we cannot guarantee they will run without interruptions. There may be maintenance, updates, lag, restarts, bugs or problems with our providers. The server and the site are provided as they are.
Limits of liability
As far as the law allows, ElyMC is not liable for indirect damages, for items or progress lost in the game because of bugs, resets, punishments or downtime, or for problems caused by outside services such as Discord, Tebex, MineStore or your internet provider. This does not take away any rights the law gives you as a consumer.

ElyMC is an independent project and is not affiliated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms, for example when the server or the store changes. The version published on this page is always the current one. If you keep playing or using the site after a change, you accept the new version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law. Your rights as a consumer under the law remain in force.
